I'm Stephanie McCarthy, founder of The Pink Spoon Sanctuary: Grace for the Hard Days.

As an educator, coach, author, mother, grandmother, woman of faith, and someone who has lived through 47 surgeries and chronic pain, I understand how heavy hard days can feel. I know what it is like to look fine on the outside while carrying pain, fatigue, uncertainty, and emotions that others may never fully see.

I created The Pink Spoon Sanctuary for women living with chronic pain and chronic illness who need more than advice. They need support, peace, practical tools, faith-friendly encouragement, and a safe place to feel seen and believed.

This community was born from my heart, my faith, and my belief that no woman should have to walk through chronic pain feeling alone.
